*Shipping Disclaimer* If you place an order between April 15 and October 30, shipping rates are subject to change based on the weather (heat) and the zone the delivery will be made in. Orders ship on Monday or Tuesday and not on national holidays. Orders must be placed the previous Thursday before 12:00PM MST to ship first thing Monday. Orders are shipped in coolers with dry ice, polar packs and/or gel packs. Be certain to release the signature and make certain that someone can receive the package at time of delivery. We decline responsibility for acts of god, broken, unattended and lost/stolen packages. Because Love Your Pet's product line consists of raw food, under no circumstance can products be re-routed after leaving our facilities.
